Only the Crib and Pack 'N Play are truly free—they're included with your stay. Other items may show as "free" but are not. Some, like Car Rentals, need a deposit and later payment. Others, like Celebration Packages, don’t need a deposit but do require payment after we contact you. Please check each product’s description or reach out with questions.
You can choose delivery or pickup. If you want delivery, at checkout select "Ship" then enter the address of where you are staying. If you do not want to pay for shipping and want to pick it up yourself, select "Pickup in store" at check out. Your items will be at our local office at this address:

For some of our rentals, we need extra time to make sure we can get everything together. For example, we need about three days advance to schedule with our photographer. If you really need an earlier time than allowed, contact us.
